        About BillPal

Built by finance professionals, for owner managed businesses and SMEs.

BillPal and FDPal were created from years of practical experience supporting owner-managed businesses, where we saw first-hand how much valuable time was being lost to repetitive financial administration.

Processing invoices, logging into supplier portals, preparing purchase orders and searching for financial information are all essential tasks, but they rarely create value. We believed artificial intelligence could take care of much of that work while keeping people firmly in control of every financial decision.

That belief became BillPal and FDPal.

Why two products

One vision. Two products. One goal.

BillPal and FDPal work together to help businesses spend less time on administration and more time making informed decisions.

BillPal

Automates repetitive financial processes, from collecting invoices and supplier documents to preparing payment batches for approval.

FDPal

Transforms live financial data into meaningful insights, allowing business owners and finance teams to ask questions in plain English instead of building reports.

Together, they help businesses work more efficiently — while keeping people in control of every financial decision.

Our principles

What we hold to, every release.

Everything we build is guided by a few simple principles.

Meet the founder

A finance director who kept seeing the same problem.

Suren Grigoryan, Founder and Finance Director

Suren Grigoryan FCCA, CTA

Founder · Finance Director

BillPal LTD was founded by Suren Grigoryan, a Finance Director with many years of experience helping owner-managed businesses improve financial reporting, controls and decision-making.

Having worked with organisations across a wide range of industries, he recognised that many finance teams were spending too much time on repetitive administrative work rather than using their expertise to support the business.

BillPal and FDPal were created to solve those everyday challenges by combining practical financial experience with the latest advances in artificial intelligence.
